Day 1 of no store today, no family obligations and I thoroughly cleaned my bathroom. YEEHAW! It was disgusting. Let's see, in about about 10 days I might have the whole house cleaned and then it will be time to start all over again. lol
I also turned the compost outside, adding rabbit droppings and leaves in preparation for my new beds I plan to create this year.
Poor Henri has an appt for Feb 08 to get neutered. The woman who answered the phone asked if I wanted a declaw as well. I was appalled! Like really! If I wanted a declaw, I would have asked for a declaw. New receptionist please. I told her to make sure she didn't have that on there anywhere.
Today was a run day, which I did inside on the treadmill, (3 min intervals at 5, 6, 7 and 3.4 then repeat), followed by Power Half Hour Arm Toner by Tony Horton for 30 min then a walk with the dogs in the fog.
Andrea stopped over to give a bunch of labels for Kimbre's swim team and we ended up talking for a good hour about exercise and weight...a hot topic as always.
Brenda wrote asking if I had a book called Raising a Sensory Smart Child, which I didn't. She thinks that might be Peyton's issue at school. We emailed back and forth discussing Peyton's so-called problems at school, most of which I find ridiculous. She was evaluated by specialists cause she can't sit still, for the most part and then they have to nitpick every little thing the poor kid does. ARGH!!!!
More later, time to eat the roasted chicken and veggies I prepared before the swim booster meeting.
